Shipping Policy
We currently ship both nationally and internationally!
- Shipping rates are calculated at a flat rate of $14.95 within Australia.
- International shipping rates depend on location.
- All items will be shipped within 3 days of purchase.
- Delivery may take up to a few weeks due to delays in postage at this time.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items go through rigorous testing and quality checks prior to being shipped to our customers.
We will happily exchange your item for you within 14 days from date of purchase. We must be notified of any wishes to exchange or issues prior to the item being returned. If items are sent back to us without any notification, they will be rejected and returned to sender.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and remain unused.
- Items are subject to return at customer's expense.
- Salt & Stone is not responsible or liable for any damage to items after they have been sent to the customer through the postal service.
Returns Process
